How Our Process Works

Once you call or email us (see contact info at the bottom of the page), we will set up an appointment with you to review your project goals.

When a good understanding is reached as to the general scope of work, a proposal is put together giving you a general price range. If this meets your budgetary goals and you would like to move forward, a project development retainer sets things in motion.

Further discussions with Jeff or a design consultant will help to refine all of the project details. This part of the process culminates with a contract, which breaks the project down into the phases of construction and the costs associated with each, as well as an overall price.

Withee Kitchen Remodel

Sherry wanted to bring her 1970's-style kitchen into the 21st Century and I think that's what we accomplished. We added furniture-style cherry cabinets, ceramic tile backsplashes, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and modern lighting to make it happen. The angled cabinet in the foreground (with the fruit bowl on top of it) was a unique design feature that really set off the whole remodel. The 45 degree angle on the back of the cabinet made for a softer transition than your standard 90 degree peninsula and provided some additional counter space that is perfect for staging food.
