Kahl Patio Project

Peter and Teresa wanted some relief from the Oregon rain and hot afternoon sun, as well as a place they could get together with friends and enjoy some barbecue. The smaller area is a planned retreat for Teresa after a challenging day of teaching. Peter had us add an eye-bolt to the soffited ceiling to allow for a hanging chair (their daughter is especially excited about that!). Stamped concrete served to soften the look of the concrete and add character, while maintaining its low-maintenance attributes. The Kahls have their own painter, and once the weather warms to allow for that, it will be time to fire up the barbie!
